Red Eagle was established in 2004 by two highly experienced and focused individuals who saw a niche in the market for a more personal and honest recruitment service to benefit both clients and candidates.  They both saw an opportunity to reassess the methods and service levels offered by other organisations and felt that, given their knowledge of the local area, they could offer a fresh approach to the recruitment market.

Due to the interest shown from local companies, Red Eagle's launch surpassed the Directors expectations and they soon recruited internal staff for client support and development.

The employment disciplines covered include both temporary and permanent opportunities within the following sectors: Food Processing, Waste & Recycling, Manufacturing, Industrial & Warehousing, Office, Drivers.

Red Eagle is REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) accredited and gained the coveted REC Audit status in 2005 and retained this with a further audit in 2009.  Red Eagle operates to its strict standards and code of practice at all times.  Having held a valid Gangmaster Licence since 2005, Red Eagle are also able to supply in to the Food Processing and Agricultural sectors.  Our clients and candidates have the assurance that they will be dealt with in a professional manner at all times.

Our offices are open between 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and we also offer a genuine 24 hour out of hours response service which enables the highest levels of customer service at all times.
