Claire is a knowledgeable and experienced recruiter with over 3 years recruitment experience having worked previously as an Industrial Consultant.
With exceptional organisational and administration skills, Claire has been able to reduce the administration responsibilities of the consultants and managers allowing them to focus on achieving customer satisfaction. Operating in a supporting role, Claire has been able to assist consultants when demands are high and cover consultants absence to ensure service consistency is achieved.
Claire has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and will be looking to gain the Certificate in Recruitment Practice by the end of 2012.
Claire is on Maternity Leave from early August 2011 and we look forward to welcoming her back to the office in early May 2012.
