REC Audit Status

recaudited2012Folkestone recruitment agency Red Eagle has re-attained its Audited Status for the 7th year with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

The agency based in Bouverie Square Folkestone, with contracts throughout the whole of Kent and South East London, was assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (and amendments), and the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.

This Audit scheme run by the REC, the representative organisation for the UK’s £24.6 billion private recruitment industry of which Red Eagle is a Corporate Member, is the most comprehensive audit of its kind providing an official endorsement that any recruitment agency which achieves it is conducting its business both ethically and in accordance with the above requirements.    

Established in 2004, Red Eagle, which has 11 staff, specialises in the placement of temporary staff in the following sectors; Food Processing, Waste & Recycling, Manufacturing, Industrial & Warehousing, Office and HGV Drivers. Red Eagle supply’s ad hoc temporary staff through to long term projects in addition to full onsite large volume managed contracts. The business has shown year on year growth since its inception and has won a number of local and regional business awards.
