ON-SITE LABOUR MANAGER

An experienced manager, with over 1 years recruitment experience, Rob is responsible for the on-site operation at one of our Food Processing clients.

Rob ensures all staff are booked through our head office in accordance with site requirements, ensures all staff are allocated to the correct department and that ad hoc bookings are responded to immediately. Working from our on-site office Rob carries out daily departmental checks ensuring all aspects of health and safety are maintained and that sites rules are adhered to. With staffing levels fluctuating from 50 to 300 workers per day, Rob is supported with shift supervisors.

Rob has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service.
