ON-SITE LABOUR MANAGER
Tomasz has over 4 years experience in recruitment, managing an on-site operation in additional to experience working in hands on capacity supervising a number of staff in a materials recycling facility.
Now managing our on-site operation for one of our Waste & Recycling clients, in additional to remotely managing a number of smaller sites, Tomasz is based on-site and supplies 120 workers per day split over two shifts. His role includes recruiting, inducting and training staff as well as managing health and safety requirements and work-wear management.
