OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With over 14 years recruitment experience in a number of different roles, Will is a client focused individual responsible for ensuing Red Eagle remains service driven ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
As Operations Director, Will undertakes employee and client management in addition to business development and ‘trouble shooting’. With equal time spent in the office and visiting client sites, Will ensures regular contact is made with his client portfolio to ensure all aspects of their business is understood and catered for.
Will is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, has passed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Management.
