Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is currently looking to recruit a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, for our client in the Feltham area.
Working for a leading manufacturer of desserts who supply to the travel industry, this is a great time to join a business that has achieved substantial growth in recent years.
Duties will include:
- Produces high quality dessert items to company specification
- Works within a team of up to 20 people
- Makes mixes and glazes, weighs goods for recipe batches
- Ensures paperwork relevant to the task is completed
- Monitors production assistants to maintain quality standards
- Motivates the team to aid efficiency
- Maintains the cleanliness of the area and follows cleaning procedures
- label and store production in process goods correctly
- Assists the section head and sous chef with the efficient running of the section
- Liaises with the development team on the standard of products for new menus
- Carries out basic training with kitchen assistants
Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm
