Job Description:

Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is currently looking to recruit a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, for our client in the Feltham area.

Working for a leading manufacturer of desserts who supply to the travel industry, this is a great time to join a business that has achieved substantial growth in recent years.

Duties will include:

  • Produces high quality dessert items to company specification
  • Works within a team of up to 20 people
  • Makes mixes and glazes, weighs goods for recipe batches
  • Ensures  paperwork relevant to the task is completed
  • Monitors production assistants to maintain quality standards
  • Motivates the team to aid efficiency
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the area and follows cleaning procedures
  • label and store production in process goods correctly
  • Assists the section head and sous chef with the efficient running of the section
  • Liaises with the development team on the standard of products for new menus
  • Carries out basic training with kitchen assistants

Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm
