Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Compliance Administration Specialist for our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Walton Oaks, Tadworth

The purpose of this role is to provide an end to end centralised meeting compliance service for colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Process Excellence and Improvement
  • Be a process and policy expert to ensure highest level of efficiency and compliance
  • Accurately manage and complete the requirements for Pfizer Organised Meeting on behalf of colleagues without supervision
  • Work with field leaders, medical reviewers and central team colleagues to identify opportunities and optimise processes
  • Assist colleagues to plan and process meeting materials and contracts in the most efficient way possible
  • Takes accountability for and meets personal targets for turn around for approvals and communications
  • Resolve day to day process issues for meetings quickly with minimal disruption
  • Act as a central point of contact for field colleagues providing a personal connection for centralised process
  • Prioritise workload without supervision and give general direction to colleagues on expectations for a successful completion of a meeting project. Provide feedback to leaders and senior leaders to optimise performance where needed
  • Initiate meetings process when received from colleagues to plan timelines and additional inputs required at each stage
  • Execute process for each meeting project
  • Evaluate success and monitor performance for each meeting project. Provide feedback to leaders and senior leaders to optimise performance where needed

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday. This is paying an hourly rate of £13 per hour
