Job Description:

Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Finance & Payroll Administrator for our client based in Ashford.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, record and process the invoices using the finance system
• Follow the internal invoice approval procedure ensure the invoice approved by appropriate budget holder before process
• Inputting of payroll
• Scan, upload and transmit weekly batch of invoice
• Generate and distribute list of invoices awaiting approval
• Support the Financial Controller to carry out the Financial Analysis
• Check Supplier’s bank statements with internal finance systems
• Liaise with the commercial team and the budget holder to verify the invoice payment
• Collate information for reporting purposes
• Ad hoc tasks in relation to management of project cost control

Experience required:
• Experience of working in a finance department
• Familiarity with finance packages
• Able to prioritise tasks, working independently, attention to detail
• Problem-solving
• Able to work to tight deadlines, and good work organisation
• Excellent excel skills

This Administrator role is offered on a temp2perm basis. Working hours are either Monday to Wednesday, or Thursday & Friday 9am to 5.30pm paying an hourly rate of £11 per hour.
