Motor Trade Sales Advisor – Insurance

Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 late shift per week, 10.30am to 7pm, 9am – 1pm every other Saturda
Holidays: 28 days
Salary: 18k - 21k base plus bonus
Our client has many years of experience providing risk solutions for both commercial and personal lines markets. Based in Kent, they are a specialist broker offering tailored cover for a broad range of products, including driving instructor, motor trade, HGV, and commercial insurance as well as selected car and home insurance.
They are looking for hard working and enthusiastic individuals who strive to sell and succeed. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a rapidly growing department but also use their own initiative to meet targets to get the best results for both the company and the client.
New Business motor trade sales advisor. Tasks will include: • Dealing with prospective clients on their new business quotations and mid-term adjustments. • Dealing with an extensive list of insurers and negotiating the best price possible for the client • Assisting the department where needed to achieve a better outcome for both the department and company
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
They are looking for somebody who has commercial insurance sales experience but is not essential. • PC skills are essential • Strong communication skills • Good telephone manner • Teamwork • Professionalism • Results Oriented
