Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for our client, a fast growing online retailer based on the outskirts of Canterbury.
- Answering all customer queries by email utilising bespoke software
- Processing customer orders within our system
- Dealing with suppliers and placing supplier orders
- General office administration duties
- Speaking with customers on the telephone.
Experience in working in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment is an essential requirement.
- Able to constantly multi-task under pressure.
- Excellent in using a PC and be very proficient in Word and MS Office.
- Very accomplished at using Excel above intermediate level.
- Able to work at fast pace and meet deadlines.
- Excellent with English both verbally and written.
- Friendly and helpful with an excellent telephone manner.
- Able to work as part of a team
Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. This role is offered on a temp2perm basis, paying an annual salary of £20,000 per annum.
Due to the remote location of our client, it is essential that you have your own transport.
