Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for our client, based on the Eurolink Industrial Estate in Sittingbourne.
- Answering all customer queries by email utilising bespoke software
- Processing customer orders within our system
- General office administration duties
- Speaking with customers on the telephone.
Experience in working in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment is an essential requirement.
- Able to constantly multi-task under pressure.
- Excellent in using a PC and be very proficient in Word and MS Office.
- Very accomplished at using Excel above intermediate level.
- Able to work at fast pace and meet deadlines.
- Friendly and helpful with an excellent telephone manner.
- Able to work as part of a team
This role is offered on a Temp2Perm basis working 36.25 hours per week paying £9.50 per hour. Hours are flexible between 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
