Job Description:

Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for our client, based on the Eurolink Industrial Estate in Sittingbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all customer queries by email utilising bespoke software
  • Processing customer orders within our system
  • General office administration duties
  • Speaking with customers on the telephone.

Experience in working in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment is an essential requirement.

Ideal Qualities:

  • Able to constantly multi-task under pressure.
  • Excellent in using a PC and be very proficient in Word and MS Office.
  • Very accomplished at using Excel above intermediate level.
  • Able to work at fast pace and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly and helpful with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to work as part of a team

This role is offered on a Temp2Perm basis working 36.25 hours per week paying £9.50 per hour. Hours are flexible between 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
