Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) is looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator for our client, based in Broadstairs.
This is a busy role and the ideal person will have a friendly positive attitude and work well both as part of a team and individually.
This is a varied position, involving various admin duties, including
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Preparing delivery notes
- Processing quotations & orders
- Database management
Excellent typing skills, a good knowledge of Word and Excel are required, but training can be given, together with the ability to be able to multi-task and prioritise to meet changing deadlines.
Working hours are Monday – Wednesday 8.30am – 5pm, paying £8.50 per hour. This role is offered on a Temp2Perm basis.
