Hours: 9 to 5.30 Mon to Friday

Duties

Updating spread sheets using MS Excel
Liaising with Courier Firms
Supporting the Directors with administration.
Liaising with Customers both via the Phone and email
Checking off orders as they come in
Maybe some organisation of meetings for the Directors
Meeting and greeting visitors on site

Requirements

Candidates must have good knowledge using Excel
Polite and professional customer services skills (within an office environment)
Team player is a must
Hands on approach essential
