Red Eagle Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join their successful and busy team based in Sittingbourne. Due to a period of growth, we are now looking to expand our team and bring on a Trainee.

Responsibilities:

  • Registering candidates, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Assisting with client inductions
  • Filling of daily and weekly bookings

Experience/Qualities Required:

  • Enthusiastic and hardworking
  • You will be well organised
  • Ability to multitask, and work in a busy ever-changing environment
  • Competent computer user (windows 10, google sheets etc)

No previous experience is needed, but we are particularly interested in candidates who have customer service experience and are used to working in a fast paced environment. The ability to speak another language isn’t essential, but would be advantageous.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle so that you are able to travel to and from and client offices.

This is a permanent role paying an annual salary of £17,000, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses after successfully passing a 6 month probation.You will also receive 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays , along with private health cover. Working hours are Monday – Friday. Once fully trained you will be expected to be on call once a week, and one weekend a month.
