Group Managing Director
Wayne has over 18 years recruitment experience specialising in Red Eagle’s six core sectors. He has a proven track record for establishing long term business relationships with high profile clients achieved through his determined approach to customer service, his knowledge of the industry and ever changing legislation and passion for providing a cost effective labour solution for all his clients.
Will Cotter FIRP
Group Operations Director
With over 16 years recruitment experience in a number of different roles, Will is a client focused individual responsible for ensuing all companies within the Red Eagle Group remains service driven ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
As Group Operations Director, Will undertakes employee and client management in addition to business development and ‘trouble shooting’. With equal time spent in the office and visiting client sites, Will ensures regular contact is made with his client portfolio to ensure all aspects of their business is understood and catered for.
Will is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, has passed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Management.
Jason Alderson FCA MIRP
Group Finance Director
Jason joined Red Eagle after 9 years within a structured chartered accountancy practice. As a qualified chartered accountant Jason takes full responsibility for managing the finance and payroll department incorporating a number of companies within the Red Eagle Group. Undertaking a number of financial assignments which were previously outsourced has enabled a more controlled and efficient operation which is benefiting clients, suppliers and our work force.
As a member of the board, Jason assists in the structured strategic development of the business through his understanding of corporate financing and operational efficiencies.
Jason is ACA qualified, holds the Certificate in Recruitment Practice achieving a merit and is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Kelly Fleming MAAT MIRP
Senior Finance & Payroll Administrator
Kelly has worked in finance for over 7 years and is an experienced book-keeper and payroll clerk. With 3 years working in an accountancy practice and 4 years working commercially managing ledgers and payroll, Kelly is well equipped to support the accounts department.
Kelly is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians having completed her final Level 4 exam in 2014.
Kelly supports the Finance Manager with payroll, invoicing, book-keeping, ledger control and debt management as well as general financial administration.
Kelly is a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has successfully gained the Certificate In Recruitment Practice.
Lorna Geens FIRP
Commercial & Corporate Manager
Lorna has extensive knowledge and experience recruiting and sourcing candidates for Kent based businesses. Having worked for large corporate recruitment businesses and successfully running her own niche recruitment business Lorna now manages the Commercial and Corporate operation at Red Eagle.
Taking responsibility for offering our commercial services to existing clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, recruiting and interviewing staff and managing advertising and marketing, Lorna is the key contact for all temporary and permanent commercial/corporate recruitment.
Lorna is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has passed her REC level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Robin Eades AIRP
Senior Consultant - Accoutancy and Finance Division
Robin started life as a trainee charter account over twenty years ago, before moving over to the recruitment business in 1999. He joined Red Eagle in September 2018 and brings with him a vast array of experience in all areas of accountancy recruitment.
Mainly placing candidates in London and the South East, Robin recruits in both commercial and practice accounting. Roles include accounts manager, tax seniors, financial controllers, project accountants and accounting analysts.
Robin is a lover of all sports, is a keen Manchester United fan and follows Harlequins rugby team.
Robert Salter AIRP
Senior Recruitment Consultant - Food Division
Robert joined Red Eagle in November 2018 following a career in a food manufacturing company as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. He works in Red Eagle's Specialist Division and is responsible for looking after clients in the food and manufacturing division.
Outside work, Robert loves football and is a keen rugby fan, and often heads up to the occasional England game.
Barbara Ford AIRP
Senior Consultant - Permanent Finance and HR Division
Barbara joined Red Eagle in August 2018 and brings with her 40 years experience in HR and recruitment. She spent 35 of those years in the City of London in investment management and financial services.
Barbara is proactive in establishing a Red Eagle presence in permanent Finance and HR, building a firm client and candidate base, drawing on her extensive knowledge in the market.
Outside work Barbara keeps busy with her three children, 2 grandchildren and three German Spitz dogs, and manages to keep sane with the odd glass of Prosecco. She comes from a long line of tennis players, some of whom played at international level.
Vicki Rice AIRP
Senior Consultant - Commercial Temporary Division
With several years experience in temporary recruitment, Vicki joined Red Eagle in September 2018.
Vicki is responsible for recruiting commercial temps, mainly for office based roles in the South East. Vicki is a 360 recruiter and has a close relationship with clients and candidates.
Vicki is keen on fitness and enjoys participating in endurance events.
Matthew Currie MIRP
Matthew joined the Red Eagle team as Finance Administrator following 8 years as Stock Controller with a major High Street retailer. Matthew’s duties include payroll, invoicing and credit control and reports directly to the Group Finance Manager.
As part of his ongoing personal development, Matthew is studying for his REC qualification before embarking on his AAT qualifications later in the year.
Michael Marsh AIRP
Michael joined Red Eagle in March 2018 with a strong background in customer service, five years at managerial level. He works in the finance department, assisting in all areas of payroll and client accounts, including invoicing.
Michael is a self-professed film ad video game geek and a PC master. He also enjoys football, tennis as well as going swimming and to the gym.
Zak Newman AIRP
Zak joined fresh from Buckinghamshire University in July 2016 where he graduated with a 2:1 in Sport Coaching and Management.
Zak’s main role is to assist the finance department with the payroll. He also liaises with other Red Eagle offices providing assistance on payroll matters.
Zak is a keen sportsman and regularly plays football, golf and tennis.
Emma Gordon FIRP
Emma has worked in the recruitment industry for nearly 20 years working in many roles before joining Red Eagle in September 2017 as a Business Manager.
She looks after the industrial and transport temps division where her role includes interviewing and developing new business.
Emma spends most of her spare time looking after her four children.
Kirsty Langmead MIRP
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Kirsty joined the Red Eagle team in February 2016 and brings with her a number of years’ experience in the customer service industry having previously worked in recruitment.
Currently managing a number of Industrial and Driving clients and candidates, Kirsty is mainting our high level of customer service. Kirsty is looking at building her skills with Red Eagle and is now a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals having successfully passed the Certificate of Recruitment Practice.
Joanna Komanowska AIRP
Regional Support Manager
Joanna joined Red Eagle in the summer of 2018 after gaining 5 years experience as a recruitment consultant and supports the Red Eagle account managers in all areas including compliance.
Joanna is a keen Speedway fan and often attends events when back in Poland.
Chloe Hamilton AIRP
Chloe joined us as an apprentice in 2014, learning the recruitment business from processing bookings, registering candidates and dealing with telephone enquiries. During her apprenticeship Chloe demonstrated her ability to work well within the team and adapt to the pressurised recruitment environment.
Today, Chloe looks after the new starters, including registering and entering on the payroll. She also handles the debt chasing and the general office administration; including checking papers for audit, filing and manning the front desk on a daily basis. Chloe is usually the first face you see when visiting the Folkestone office.
She is an associate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and will be studying towards the Certificate in Recruitment Practice in the near future.
Andreea Cardos AIRP
On-Site Labour Co-Ordinator
Andreea worked for one year in the recruiting industry before joining Red Eagle in October 2017. Her role includes qualifying candidates, registering and interviewing. She also works closely with clients ensuring placements are of a high calibre and consistently reliable.
Outside of work Andreea enjoys shopping and has a keen interest in racing and cars.
Leigh Cripps FIRP
A well respected Senior Consultant and Account Manager with a wealth of hands-on experience. Leigh has worked supplying industrial workers to industry for over 15 years. Her unrivalled success with local clients and large volume agency users is highlighted from the retention of her long standing clients and workforce.
Leigh’s commitment to client and worker satisfaction has helped secure a loyal and hard-working workforce enabling a faultless provision of labour to her clients. Promoting best practice at all times Leigh is responsible for a number of prestigious accounts within the Food Manufacturing sector.
Leigh is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has passed the Certificate of Recruitment Practice.
Richard Jeacock MIRP
Richard has many years extensive working knowledge of the training industry providing service and skills training to community based projects, individuals and businesses. These skills have allowed Richard to undertake the management of our largest Food Manufacturing and processing clients in the capacity of On-Site Manager. Richard takes responsibility for candidate registrations, inductions, training, worker allocation, KPI adherence, health and safety, daily client services and managing fluctuating order requests.
Richard has the A1 assessors award (A1), the tutoring award (PTLLS), a Level 3 Diploma in IT in additional to Level 2 functional skills in Mathematics, English and ICT. He also regularly renews his First Aid at work certificate and has a basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Richard is also a member of the Institute for Recruitment Professionals and has achieved the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

On-Site Labour Co-Ordinator
Aleksandra is an experienced service provider having worked in a variety of customer focused roles. Working alongside the Account Manager, Aleksandra assists with daily bookings, recruitment, staff allocation, payroll and upkeep of workers health and safety.
Focusing on the client service criteria is key and Aleksandra maintains a strong line of communication with managers, planning staff and key production members.
Aleksandra will become a student member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and is looking to enroll on the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Lee Parsons FIRP
Construction Division - Construction Director
Lee has many years experience working in the city within the construction trades and labour recruitment market. Having decided to start his own business Lee looked for an established business that could help nurture the new venture whilst still creating his own brand.
With Red Eagle having a successful background in the industrial market and some already key leads in construction and plant hire companies Lee approached the managing director about a joint venture.
Through Site Labour Supplies Lee brings a passion for recruitment, business development and a real keen interest in the building, construction and associated industries. This coupled with his ability to deliver on service guarantees SLS’s new clients an enthusiastic approach to temporary labour solutions.
Lee has a HND in building studies, holds the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is a fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Andrew Martyn AIRP
Construction Division - Branch Operations Executive
Andrew has vast experience within the customer sales and service industry. With a comprehensive knowledge of dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone he strives to ensure that the customer needs are dealt with both quickly and efficiently.
Andrew has an active operation and provides day to day solutions to his growing client base through a determined approach to maximising service criteria.
Andrew is a student member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and is currently studying towards the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
James Wash MIRP
Construction Division - Recruitment Manager
James is a telesales professional with a number of years experience operating in the business to business sales sector. Coupled with his strong sense of desire to achieve client satisfaction James has become a valued member of the SLS recruitment team.
With responsibilities for securing new clients and fulfilling orders James has proved a hit with his clients and continues to grow his portfolio of blue chip clients.
James is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and has successfully gained the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Pete Simpson MIRP
Construction Division - Recruitment Consultant
Pete has worked in the recruitment industry since 2010, and has a strong background in the construction industry, dealing with everything from blue chip, top-tier companies, through to small specialist Civil Engineering companies.
With a substantial understanding of client expectations as well as the ability to identify new business opportunities, Pete manages his own desk and has a wealth of experience in placing staff up to and including MD level.
Pete is an associate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and is currently studying towards the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Sam Wilson AIRP
Construction Division - Recruitment Consultant
Sam joined SLS last year following a 10 year career as an account manager in sales. Sam’s experience has mainly been business to business and feels at home in his new role sourcing both temps and perms for the construction trade.
Outside work Sam is usually busy looking after his two young girls. He likes to keep fit and will be competing in the 10k run at Dymchurch later this year.
Sam has also completed ‘Tough mudder’, a 12 mile assault course.
Lewis Farnham AIRP
Construction Division - Recruitment Consultant
Fresh from working at music events where he rubbed shoulders with the stars, Lewis has taken to his recruitment role like a duck to water. Lewis’s main role is sourcing temps and perms for the construction trade.
Outside of work Lewis can be found looking after his young daughter. He also enjoys spending time chilling out at the gym and will be competing in the 10k run at Dymchurch later this year.
Paul McGrath AIRP
Construction Division - Recruitment Consultant
Paul joined SLS following a 10 year career in sales. He also ran his own business in exterior decorating in the construction industry for 3 years.
Outside work Paul likes to spend days out with the family and practice karate.
Chris Pennie FIRP
Chris joined our Sittingbourne operation early in September as Branch Manager to develop the business across a wide range of disciplines. Chris previously had his own recruitment company in Margate and brings with him a wealth of experience.
Chris lives in Westgate, is married and has 6 children. He loves his football and is a life long fan of Newcastle United.
Ciro Fierro AIRP
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Born in Naples, Ciro came to the UK in 2011 to work at his cousin’s restaurant in Canterbury. In 2013 he moved to another restaurant as a manager. Once described as ‘easy on the eye,’ Ronaldo look-alike Ciro joined JM Recruitment last year as an industrial recruitment consultant.
Ciro married last year and his wife has recently given birth to twin girls. He was a keen basketball player but finds his spare time is now taken up with his new family.
Kim Safaty MIRP
Kim has lived most of her life in Australia with a few years spent in Gibraltar. After moving back to the UK in June, she joined the Sittingbourne team in October. During that time Kim has gained a huge range of experience in various administrating roles.
Kim looks after the payroll as well as supporting the rest of the Sittingbourne team.
She is a keen walker and gardener, is into historical fashion and has 2 children grown up children, a boy and girl living in Australia.
Alex Clapson AIRP
Alex joined Red Eagle in July 2018 following a short period as a progress chaser in a food production company and previously in a customer services role. He is responsible for worker registrations, interviews as well as client liaison.
Outside work, Alex loves boxing and is a keen Liverpool FC fan.
Constantin Banacu AIRP
Constantin joined Red Eagle in May 2018 after a training period with another recruitment agency. He is responsible for worker registrations, interviews as well as client liaison.
Outside work, Constantin lover traveling round Europe by car.
Ian Gibson AIRP
Ian worked as an operations manager for a logistics company following a 20 years career in the army. His career in Recruitment began 11 years ago as an operational manager for a recruitment agency.
Ian joined Red Eagle in January and is responsible for both the day to day running of the branch and developing new business.
Ian is family man and a life long Crystal Palace fan... EAGLES!!!
Alex Netea AIRP
Alex joined Red Eagle in March as an On-Site Manager at a major food processing company. He has a wealth of experience at all levels, including six years as an Assistant Manager at a strawberry farm, six months as an On-Site Co-Ordinator and two years as an On-Site Manager at another food processing company.
Alex will be responsible for all on-site activity including: taking responsibility for candidate registrations; inductions; training; worker allocation; KPI adherence; health and safety; daily client services and managing fluctuating order requests.
He is a fitness fanatic and even has his own gym at home. Alex is also a keen Arsenal fan.
Debbie Turner AIRP
Debbie Joined Red Eagle after previously working as a production manager. New to the recruitment industry, Debbie has good organisational skills and supports the Bexley team in all areas.
In her spare time Debbie enjoys walking, watching tennis, or just chilling with a glass wine.
Frederica de Marris AIRP
Frederica joined Red Eagle in September 2018 following a previous job in recruitment as a resourcer. She is responsible for worker registrations, interviews as well as client liaison.
Outside work, Frederica loves travelling and cooking.
Ieva Kaminskaite BSc (Hons) AIRP
Ieva has gained a wide range of experience across both her previous roles as a project manager and a recruitment coordinator.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, Ieva heads up our Corby branch organising the daily bookings, recruitment, staff allocation, whilst maintaining a strong line of communication with managers, planning staff and key factory members.
Ieva has a BSc in Construction Management and a BSc in Town & Country Planning/Land Management. She has also achieved a level 2 AAT Accounting qualification.
